• Child profile (name, age, sex, interests and photo)
• Family member names and photos to personalize the stories
• Usage data and story preferences

• Generate personalized therapeutic stories
• Improve our services and the user experience
• Send important service communications
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Third parties we share data with

To provide the service we use processors that handle data on our behalf: OpenAI and Google (Gemini) to generate the illustrations from the photo, Firebase for notifications, and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. We do not sell your data or your children's data.

5. Data security

We apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls and regular security audits to protect your data.

6. Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and data at any time from the app or by requesting it at neurostoriesmobileapp@gmail.com. See the Delete account & data page for details. We will delete all personal data within 30 days of your request.
